Decades ago, prominent leadership training experts and authors Margie and Ken Blanchard founded the Blanchard Institute as a 501(c)(3) as a nonprofit organization. The foundation’s primary purpose has been to offer Student Self Leadership to middle, high school, and college students as in-person or virtual classes.

This year, we are re-imagining that program into a multi-week online collaborative experience consisting of bite-sized, self-paced activities and weekly virtual discussions facilitated live by an instructor.

After the program officially launches, we plan to create mega-massive cohorts with students attending from around the globe. All students will be able to attend for free.
